I had the amazing pleasure of meeting Glenn Hughes a few summers ago. He is as charming and humble as he is talented. Very genuine. He is one of my biggest vocal influences. I've been lucky enough to see him perform live 7 times! I was even invited by him to be in his studio audience for his live DVD shoot in L.A. Of course I went! A great time was had by all.

Ann Sings With Glenn!!

What can I say... Glenn Hughes is as gracious as he is supernaturally talented. In August, 2006 he invited me to a private gig in New Jersey at someone's house. I couldn't wait to see him again!! The day I was to leave, I received an email from his lovely wife Gabi. She said that Glenn wanted to know if I would like to sing "Coast To Coast" with him- his trademark song since 1971??? Well, those of you who know me will understand why I nearly fainted! Glenn has been my idol since I was 14. He is one of the reasons I sing. I had always wanted to meet him--and I did. I thought nothing could top that, but I was wrong. Impossible dreams do come true. I sang with him -without fainting-phew! I am still in shock. What a great honour! I hope that all of you have your 'impossible dreams' come true also!!! Love to you all!~! Cheers!! Ann xo
